Improvements have been seen in every space of life for people with disabilities as in this sport with the help of technology, and when I say improvements I mean the equipments to play this sport which with the help of technology have brough whole new dimension to this sport by creating players convenience in the game.

Brother of Alleged Jon & Kate Mistress: "They Think They Can Get Away With It"

Call it Jon & Kate Plus One Angry Brother.

Jason Hummel, the brother of Jon Gosselin's alleged mistress, Deanna Hummel, is refusing to be quiet about her relationship with the reality star.

In a new interview with E! News, Jason claims that his Reading, Pa., home was the rendezvous spot of choice for his 23-year-old sister and the 32-year-old Gosselin, both of whom have emphatically denied that their relationship has gone beyond the realm of platonic.

The elder Hummel is also fuming over his sister's claims that he has been making up salacious details after her headline-grabbing public outing with Gosselin.

"I am not a liar," Jason insists. "The rumors are true. It feels good to let people know that I am not the liar."

And despite the ramped-up tabloid attention and continued production of the Gosselins' TLC show, Jason says: "Personally, I do think they're going to continue seeing each other. I think they think they can get away with it.

"I hope she is not in love with him."

He also offers more details of the purported affair.

"He'd pick her up at least three times a week," says Hummel, beginning in January or February of this year.

"She told me she was having a friend over that night and I was like, 'OK,' " he continues, recalling his first encounter with the married reality show father.

"She's never telling me she's having anyone over and, lo and behold, a couple hours later, here's Jon Gosselin in my living room…I didn't like him from the start."

Hummel also admits that he videotaped and leaked footage of Gosselin leaving Hummel's home early in the morning because he was "sick…of seeing all these rumors going around when you know what's the truth.

"It's literally going on right in front of my face."

Hummel later recalled one of his final encounters with Gosselin.

"My sister says to me, 'Oh, Jon's going to get you tickets to the Phillies game, he has season tickets.'

"He goes, 'Yeah, I have season tickets behind home plate to the Phillies.' So I'm thinking to myself, is this like my hush money right here?"

Meanwhile, the entire scandal is turning into a family affair for the Hummels, as Deanne's other brother, John, is also breaking his silence and backing Jason's account.

"[Jason] is telling the truth and they paint him in a bad picture and that's why I'm here—to let people know, he's telling the truth," John tells E! News.

As for Gosselin, there's apparently no love lost.

"His wife is crazy," says John. "I guess I would cheat on her too."

As it happens, Kate Gosselin's side of the story will no doubt be heard when the fifth season of the reality show premieres on May 25.

"My kids are the reason I do everything," she says in a solo interview in a sneak peak of the show.

Jon, meanwhile, seems to be doing his best to keep things in perspective.

"The world isn't about ratings and TV. It's about happiness and love. Compassion and intimacy. Family and God. I think we all got caught up in everything.

"Kate and I have obviously been going through a lot of stuff and discussing what's best for our kids," he said. "It's a crazy life, but it's our life."

Bruce Springsteen Fights Back wife divorce

Ann Kelly, the New Jersey woman accused of having an affair with Bruce Springsteen in divorce papers, has come out swinging.

In a 27-page court document filed Tuesday, Ann accuses her husband Arthur of being a jealous, abusive spouse who committed adultery numerous times himself. Ann, 44, continues to deny she had an affair with The Boss, and claims her husband made the accusation because "he and his attorney felt there could be 'big money' in this ... because, true or not, the celebrity would want this to 'go away.' "

Arthur's attorney, Edward Fradkin, tells PEOPLE that his client denies the allegations in his wife's counterclaim. "It was not surprising that Ms. Kelly filed this document since she had previously threatened Mr. Kelly that she would do so unless he withdrew the second count of his Complaint for Divorce ... Mr. Kelly has not commented to the press about his wife in the best interests of the children and in the hopes of resolving their marital problems amicably. Unfortunately, Ms. Kelly has decided to take a different path."

Calls to Ann's attorney for further comment were not returned.

In Arthur's divorce papers, which first became public in April, he claimed that Ann "has committed adultery with one Bruce Springsteen ... at various times and places too numerous to mention." Springsteen, 59, quickly defended his 17-year marriage to Patti Scialfa, 53, saying he stood by a 2006 statement in which he called reports of infidelity "unfounded."

According to numerous sources, Ann Kelly and Springsteen did cross paths at their gym, The Atlantic Club, in Red Bank, N.J. Sources claim the singer has a history of hitting on women there; he now works out at Gold's Gym in nearby Long Branch. Ann's attorney, Noel Tonneman, told PEOPLE in April that Arthur's allegations are completely false: "They attend the same gym, that's it."

Now Ann claims that her husband told her his only proof of an affair was "the gossip and impressions of some women who attend the same gym as the defendant." She also alleges in the divorce papers that Arthur, 45, set out to hurt not only herself but the couple's two daughters with false accusations of "having an adulterous affair with a celebrity."

Ann and Arthur Kelly are scheduled to come before a judge on July 1 in Ocean County Court to set a timeline for the divorce proceedings.

FIRST LOOK: Beyoncé's New DVD Cover Revealed!

Beyoncé is releasing a new remix album and DVD collection on June 16 called Above and Beyoncé Video Collection and Dance Mixes – and PEOPLE.com has your first look at the cover art.

Among the tracks included on the collection is a remix of her song "Ego" featuring a guest appearance by Kanye West. "The song is fun," says Beyoncé. "It talks about someone being very confident and having this swagger when they walk and when they talk."

As for nabbing West, well, Beyoncé says the rapper – known for his outsized personality – was a good match. Recounting her conversation with West, Beyoncé says he agreed to do it, telling her, " 'Okay, so you have a song about an ego and you want me on the record?' He's like, 'I love it. I'll do it.' "

Above and Beyoncé will be available at Wal-Mart and J&R Music World stores beginning June 16.

A Summer Wedding for Maks and Karina

Their courtship and engagement happened in a matter of months, but when it comes to planning their wedding, Dancing with the Stars pros Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smirnoff are taking their time.

"If it was just friends and family that would be one thing, but there are so many people telling us, 'We'll be there, we want to come!' So we said, Okay, the wedding is turning out to be a bigger production," Chmerkovskiy tells PEOPLE. "We want to take our time. You don't want to piss anybody off or hurt anybody."

One thing the couple has decided on is the time of year they want the ceremony. "Next June is when we want to have the wedding," says Chmerkovskiy. "We are currently interviewing a few wedding planners because we figure we could use professional help."

In the Meantime, Chmerkovskiy – who stars in ABC's upcoming athletic reality competition show The Superstars premiering June 23 – says he and his fiancée aren't rushing to find the right venue, the right outfits, or the right wedding rings.

Two weeks ago the couple were photographed at Beverly Hills jewelry store David Yurman, but Chmerkovskiy says they were not trying on rings.

"Karina gave me a necklace from there, and there were a couple diamonds missing," he says, noting that when the time is right the couple will likely choose something "traditional" for their wedding bands.

Between all the planning, Chmerkovskiy and Smirnoff will do some traveling this summer – and he'll work on his golf game.

"It's very therapeutic," Chmerkovskiy says, noting that fellow ballroom pal Tony Dovolani "is a huge part of it. I'm getting good. I'm going to try and utilize the summer to get much better."

Amy Adams Too Busy for Wedding Planning

Too much work makes for very little wedding planning.

Amy Adams, who stars in Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, is so busy juggling projects, she hasn't had any time to work on her nuptials to fiancé Darren Legallo, she tells PEOPLE.

Asked how the planning is going at the movie's premiere in Washington, D.C., on Thursday, Adams said: "It is not, I'm working too hard."

Although Adams, 34, who announced her engagement to longtime boyfriend Legallo last year, admits she's done "nothing" to prep for her big day, she knows what type of wedding she wants – and it's not a big Hollywood bash. "[I want it to be] low key," she says. "It just suits our personalities as a couple more."

Tight Pants, Lots of Pilates

For her stroll down the Night at the Museum red carpet at the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum, the starlet wore a flowing lavender dress, a far more demure look than the sexy fitted riding pants she wore for her role in next film as aviation pioneer Amelia Earhart.

"It's going to be a little shocking to see everything in IMAX," she admitted, adding that to get her body in top form for the big screen, she did pilates "as often as she could."

Being surrounded by a cast of funny guys also kept her cracking up on the set. "Oh my gosh! Bill Hader, Hank Azaria and Ben Stiller – when you put those guys in a room, it is unstoppable laughter," she says.
